Find the answers to frequently asked questions about cremation urn selection, design and personalization options.

Urns are measured in cubic inches to determine the amount of ashes they can hold. The cremation process produces approximately 1 cubic inch of ashes per pound of body weight prior to death. For example, a 200lb person will need an urn with a volume of 200 cubic inches.

We have a standard production time for most urns of 5 to 7 business days. This time includes making the urn, personalization and finishing. Shipping will take an additional few days after production is complete.

Simply dust as you would any piece of wooden furniture.

Ways to Place Your Order

Using the personalization option you have the ability to enter your loved one’s name, dates, scripture, quotes, and select from some of our stock images. We have put together a handful of different layouts for each urn, but each one can easily be modified by adding personalization or requesting a change to an existing layout.

Another option is to simply fill out the “Contact” page. Using the “Message” line at the bottom of the page simply include your loved one’s name, dates, scripture or any other information you would like included. Also include a preferred wood specie and a product name such as “Craftsman Large” or include some custom dimensions.

Whichever option you choose, one of our designers will then create a rendering of your urn and email it to you for your approval. If there are any updates or changes needed, we’ll work with you to get things just right before production begins. Upon approval of the rendering, it takes an average of 5 to 7 days to create your urn. Free ground shipping is included with each order. Production time does not include shipping.
